Forgotten Passwords
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the bottom of the screen (next to the password box), and click on "I forgot my password".
You should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder as messages often end up there.
BT email addresses
In most cases, password reset emails are not making their way to BT email addresses. If you have a BT email address and are not receiving the password reset message, please contact admin to supply an alternative email address.
